1. The service

Dropvik (the "Service") is operated by [COMPANY NAME] ("we") and lets you store files temporarily and share them by link or e-mail. By using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Accounts and plans

Guests may send files without an account; free and paid members send within the limits of their plan. You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done under it. We may change plan limits and features with prior notice.

3. Prohibited content

You must not upload, store or share:

  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights,
  • Malware, viruses or files intended to damage other systems,
  • Child sexual abuse material, illegal pornographic content, or content that incites violence or hatred,
  • Content that discloses personal data without consent, or any material that violates applicable law.

Uploaded files may be scanned automatically for malware and inappropriate content. Transfers found in violation are deleted without notice; accounts may be suspended and authorities may be informed.

4. Retention and deletion

Files are kept for the period chosen by the sender and permanently deleted afterwards. If "self-destruct" is enabled, files are deleted shortly after the first download. Deleted files cannot be recovered; keeping backups of important files is your responsibility.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Uploaders alone are responsible for the content they upload.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]; the courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction over disputes.
